Hill house salsa

Yesterday, Mr. Hill made some AMAZING salsa.  We had to buy a couple things at the store, but we used tomatoes and gypsy peppers from our garden.  We used some for taco salads and snacking last night and still had enough for 2 quarts to get us through the winter....maybe;)  we used a lot of tomatoes but the salsa did not turn out very red. Oh well the taste was delicious!
